Minor League(9-11yrs): April 29-June 12, Mondays & Wednesdays. Rainout week June 16-20. Tournament week June 23-27.

Major League(12-14yrs): April 28-June 15. Mondays & Wednesdays. Rainout week June 16-20. Tournament week June 23-27.

Coach Pitch(7-8yrs): May 6-June 12 Tuesdays & Thursdays. Rainout week June 16-30. Tournament week June 23-27.

Minor League(9-10yrs): April 29-June 12, Tuesdays & Thursdays. Rainout week June 16-20. Tournament week June 23-27.

Major League(11-12yrs)& Babe Ruth(13-15yrs): April 28-June 15. Tournament starts June 16. Games are played on various dates depending on the location.

Get in the Game!

The Instructional league will be a program that starts the basic fundamentals of softball and that will be built upon in the older leagues. This league will meet once week, Wednesdays the month of June from 6:00pm-7:00pm. This program is offered to children age 4. All players MUST be of the correct league age by December 31st 2024.

Girls Instructional League

The Instructional league will be a program that starts the basic fundamentals of baseball and that will be built upon in the older leagues. This league will meet once week, Mondays the month of June from 6:00pm-7:00pm. This program is offered to children age 4. All players MUST be of the correct league age by May 1st.

Boys Instructional League

T-ball and Lob ball will be programs that start the fundamentals and that will be built upon in the older leagues. Here, the main focus will be on the children learning the basics of softball. Lob Ball players will be drafted to teams by computer. Lob ball teams will have a blind draw end of the season tournament. This program is offered to children ages 5-6 for T-ball and 7-8 for Lob ball. All players MUST be of the correct league age by December 31st 2024.

Boys T-ball & Coaches Pitch

The girls will be learning the fundamentals of softball. This will give every child the chance to not only learn what will be expected of them in the future, but also to sharpen their skills. Teams are drafted by coaches and will have a blind draw end the season tournament. This program is offered to children ages 9-11 for the minor leagues and 12-14 for the major leagues. All players MUST be of the correct league age by December 31st 2024. Girls Major may travel locally depending on league numbers.

Girls Minors and Majors

The boys will be learning the fundamentals of baseball. This will give every child the chance to not only learn what will be expected of them in the future, but also to sharpen their skills. Teams are drafted by coaches and will have a blind draw end of the season tournament. This program is offered to children ages 9-10 for the minor leagues. All players MUST be of the correct league age by May 1st.

Majors & Babe Ruth are apart of the Dekalb County Youth League, this will provide our teams more teams to play and get a better experience to prepare them for High School Baseball. All players MUST be of the correct league age by May 1st.

  • Our baseball and softball programs are open to children aged 4 to 14.

  • Players will need their own ball gloves and appropriate footwear.

  • Registration for our youth baseball/softball programs can be done online through our website or in our Park office at 400 N Whitley St. Once the season begins we no longer take registration.

  • The cost of our youth baseball/softball programs varies depending on the age group. For more details please call the Park office 260-248-5180.

  • Yes, we are always looking for dedicated volunteers to coach our baseball/softball teams. All volunteers will need to fill out a form and pass a background check. Click here for a Volunteer form.
